Privacy policy

FBA Hub (the web app at app.fbahub.xyz and the FBA Hub browser extension) helps Amazon sellers research products and run their own seller accounts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your account: email address, a hashed password, your two-step sign-in secret (encrypted), and a log of sign-ins and security events (time, IP address, device).
- Your Amazon seller data, read through Amazon's Selling Partner API once you connect your seller account: catalog details, listing restrictions, fee estimates, offers and prices, your inventory, inbound shipments, orders and settlement (finance) data.
- From the browser extension: product details from the Amazon page you are viewing (such as the ASIN, price, offers and sales rank), sent to FBA Hub to look up eligibility, fees and history for your account. The extension does not read other websites or your browsing history.
- What you enter: buy costs, notes, tags, settings, and keys you add for other services (such as a Keepa API key).
- Google Sheets, if you connect it: permission to create and edit only the spreadsheets FBA Hub creates for you. We cannot see your other files.
Amazon buyer information
FBA Hub does not request or store buyers' personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers or emails). Order records keep only what is needed for sales and profit reports, such as order IDs, products, quantities, prices and fees.
How we use it
Only to provide FBA Hub to you: showing your data, running the jobs you turn on (such as order syncs and Amazon's standard review requests), keeping your account secure, and supporting you. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share Amazon information with other sellers.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts the app.
- Neon hosts the database.
- Amazon, Google and Keepa receive requests only when you use features that call them, using your own connection or key.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Amazon tokens, client secrets, API keys and two-step secrets are also encrypted with AES-256-GCM. See Security for details.
Retention and deletion
- Disconnecting your Amazon account in Settings deletes its stored credentials.
- You can ask us to delete your FBA Hub account and all its data at any time. We do so within 30 days.
- Security logs are kept for up to one year.
